You will be spellbound by myths, the absurd, and the poetic. This performance showcases Antonio's versatile talents for silent and spoken works. ArtsPower's Production of "Nugget & Fang" Saturday, November 3 | 3 p.m. ArtsPower's under-the-sea musical tells the story of Nugget, a minnow, and Fang, a shark, who get along swimmingly—until Nugget learns that minnows are supposed to be afraid of sharks! To regain Nugget's trust, Fang takes desperate and hilarious measures, especially when he notices that Nugget and his minnow schoolmates are caught up in some big trouble. Will Fang save the day and prove he's a true friend? Jeff Boyer Productions presents "Bubble Trouble" Saturday, February 16 | 3 p.m. Jeff Boyer takes bubbles to the max in this one—man bubble extravaganza! It's the craziest, most creative bubble show around. Jeff juggles bubbles, sculpts and builds with bubbles, and makes fog-lled bubbles ! Mixing comedy, music , and interactive bubble-magic, he engages and delights audiences of all ages. Philharmonic Association Chamber Ensembles present "The Triumph of Rapunzel" and the "Nanny Goat" Sunday, March 24 | 3 p.m. Two Grimms' fairy tales told by youth musicians, actors, and visual artists with original music by R. Michael Daugherty. Lexington Children's Theatre presents "Rapunzel" Saturday, April 6 | 3 p.m. Growing up is hard. Just ask Rapunzel. She loves color and paint, birds, and the sea, but all her Nan seems to love is being safe, and safe isn't very fun! As her hair grows longer, her tower grows higher, and her curiosity grows bigger. Find out what happens when our feisty friend Rapunzel decides it's time for a little adventure! Velvet Caravan Friday, April 12 | 7:30 p.m. Rooted in the Gypsy Jazz/Gypsy Swing and Latin Swing styles, this high-energy, acoustic-based quintet has emerged as one of the shining lights of Savannah's burgeoning music scene. Velvet Caravan plays upbeat tunes from all over the world with thunderous virtuosity and a relentless sense of humor.Bringing together the eclectic sounds are a motley crew of supertalented musicians from Venezuela, the Great Northwest, the Heartland, the Atlantic Northeast, and the Coastal Empire.
