Concerts feature unique food from local vendors and live entertainment. All shows are from 7 to 9 p.m. Outside food and nonalcoholic beverages are allowed. Outside alcohol is not permitted. A limited selection of low-level lawn chairs will be available. Personal lawn chairs are also allowed. MINT JULEP JAZZ BAND Wednesday, September 12 | 7 p.m. Marvelous Music Family Series Bonus Performance "The Nutcracker Suite" presented in partnership with Cary Ballet Company Saturday, December 15 | 11 a.m. Tickets: $12 During this one-hour spectacular, enjoy a delightful, condensed version of the holiday classic "The Nutcracker" in addition to a mini-ballet demonstration by Cary Ballet Company's Artistic Director. Afterward, join us for a special Ballerina Tea. Decorate a teacup and take photos with featured ballerinas. Tickets for the Ballerina Tea are $10 and sold separately. Tickets to the performance and the Ballerina Tea go on sale August 14. Fall Sertoma Series Sertoma Amphitheatre, featuring the Bill Leslie Stage, is nestled away inside Fred G. Bond Metro Park—a perfect setting for fall concerts! Come early for a seat or bring your own chair. Food and leashed pets are permitted, but please leave alcoholic beverages at home. Concerts may be canceled or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Cary Town Band presents "Sticks and Stones" Friday, September 7 | 7:30 p.m. | Free Sticks and Stones may break your bones, but music will never hurt you. In fact, music can soothe and ease you. Listen to the refreshing refrains of Sousa's "Northern Pines" (tall sticks) or Strauss' "Tales From the Vienna Woods" (lots of sticks). Free your spirit with the sounds of precious stones like Mancini's "Pink Panther" (a very large diamond) and R. B. Hall's Georgia "Jade" (a rag). Cary LIVE Concert Series Spend a wonderful summer evening in Downtown Park enjoying live, original music from some of the best up- and-coming bands from across the country. Concerts are from 7 to 9 p.m. and feature great music, food trucks, and craft breweries. Outside food and nonalcoholic beverages are allowed. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
