Composition, set-up, brush types, and handling, color mixing and theory, as well as application methods such as underpainting, glazing, scumbling, and broken color will be presented. Hands-on exercises are designed to increase understanding of basic concepts. Supply list is provided on receipt. Students should bring an 8mm round facetted stone. Your third pair will be sterling silver with pearls and/or Swarovski crystals. For pierced ears only. Prerequisite of "Bead Me Up: A Beginning" or previous jewelry-making class is recommended. All tools are included. Earring kits are available for $12. Bring a favorite pendant or charm to use! Use the advanced crimping technique. There will be a marketing, pricing, and bookkeeping Q&A during the class. Beginner class is a prerequisite.
