WHAT'S GOING ON Home: Should I Stay, or Should I go? EVENT SPOTLIGHT Witches Tea In the spirit of the season, join us for a wickedly good time! "Eye of newt, and toe of frog, wool of bat, and tongue of dog!"—what possible surprises will we brew? Definitely tasty treats and hot teas, or maybe some lizard legs and spider knees. You'll want to join us for a ghostly good time! Costumes are welcome but not required! To reserve your spot register by October 24. There may come a time in your life you when your or your loved ones may question your ability to live independently at home or the burden of maintaining your home has become too much to do or manage. The question then becomes "If not home, where then?" If I want to stay, what resources are available to help me in my home? If I'm leaning toward moving, who can help me evaluate my best options based on my needs and goals? What are the living op- tions in my community? To help you in this life chang- ing decision, we are bringing together a selected list of orga- nizations, vendors and product experts that can either help you extend your ability to live well at home OR with a decision to move. The beginning of your journey will feature people and organizations to assess your current living conditions and end with helping you list your top 3−5 goals for the day. The main ballroom will include all the vendors with exhibits featur- ing their services and products that can help you either way. We encourage you to travel to both sides of the street to meet people and gather information. The event will culminate with a panel of experts where the au- dience will have the opportunity to ask questions to the panel. The event will conclude at 1 PM. Healthy breakfast and lunch snacks will be available. Push to the next line
