Each class listed in this section incorporates the following four components: • Independent racquet and ball coordination— participants will work individually on hand-eye coordination skills. • Cooperative training—participants will work together to develop basic rally skills. • Technical skill development—participants will learn fundamental strokes and footwork skills. • Interactive games and play.
