Sk8-Cary Sk8-Cary The Town of Cary's action sports venue is open to the public year-round. All ages and skill levels are permitted on course with valid waiver and paid session or membership. Skateboards, inline and quad skates, non-folding scooters, as well as any type of bicycle without training wheels are permitted. You won't find a workout quite like being in a skate park! Sk8-Cary is staffed and has a fully stocked pro shop for your equipment needs. Park is outdoors and may close without notice due to moisture on the ramps. SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED BY NORTH CAROLINA STATE LAW: Skateboard: Helmet, Elbow Pads, Knee Pads Inline Skating: Helmet, Wrist Guards, Knee Pads BMX: Helmet & Knee Pads Scooter: Helmet, Elbow Pads, Knee Pads RENTAL EQUIPMENT $2 elbow pads $2 knee pads $2 helmet $10 scooter rental $10 skateboard rental HOURLY FEE $2.50 per hour to ride PASSES (no session fees) 30 Day Pass $28 Annual Pass $275 Private Lessons Sk8-Cary offers private lessons led by our experienced instructors in skateboarding, BMX, scooter, and inline skating. We can give you an intro to the course or focus on specific skills and tricks. We can even teach you how to ride a bike for the first time! Rental safety gear is provided at no extra cost. Group lessons are great for friends, family members, neighbors, or even coworkers! A group lesson can be arranged for groups of 2–4 people. LOOKING FOR A CUSTOM PROGRAM?
