FITNESS & WELLNESS PART TWO 104 REGISTER ONLINE: classweb.townofcary.org Martial Arts Kazan Ryu Bujutsu (age 11 & up) Bujutsu is the martial art of Samurai, which utilizes both weapon training and unarmed self-defense, as well as patience and perseverance. This ongoing class has periodical belt rank testing. Test, black karate uniform, and training weapons are required, and are not included in fee. The whole family must attend in order to benefit from the family rate. Location: Herbert C. Kim). Classes will focus on self-defense, respect, discipline, confidence, fitness, and eye-hand coordination. Students can test for belts and participate in federation tournaments, seminars, and other events.
