We'll discuss this theory, its predictions and implementations. It is important to know how the Universe evolves because we are a part of it. Location: Classroom 302 Instructor: Dr. Natalia Semushkina COSMOLOGY AND BIG BANG MYSTERY The Big Bang Theory proposed the origin of the universe from a single event that happened 13.7 billion years ago, and since then Universe is expanding in all directions. We'll discuss this theory, its implementation and some contradictions that make this theory a vulnerable subject of cosmology. You will learn that the Big Bang Theory is not a final determination of scientific issue, so it is okay to voice our concern. 119717 Tue Apr 2 9:15–10:45 a.m. COSMOLOGY OF AGING Why do we age? Can we avoid aging? Is it possible to live eternal life? These questions excite everyone. In searching an answer to these questions, we'll discuss the origin of life. Our approach comes with cosmological view: we came from the stars, we are part of the universe, and it defines our destiny. 119710 Tue Apr 9 9:15–10:45 a.m. COSMOLOGY OF TIME There is a trend that connects us with cosmos -—it is time. We'll discuss the biggest mystery of nature: What is time? We'll learn that time is flexible, it poses energy and we can somehow manipulate it.
