36 Winter/Spring 2019 Cary Senior Center Fitness & Wellness Functional Fitness @MCCC This class will work on range of motion, joint and muscular flexibility. By combining resistance training, light weight lifting, chair yoga and functional movement, this class will help with everyday living. No experience necessary, wear sneakers and comfortable clothing you can move in. If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Fitness Pass may be just the ticket for you! You have the option to try a variety of fitness programs at Cary Senior Center with one pass! Look for the Fitness Pass icon to see which pass classes are available. Classes are subject to availability and cancellation. Call Cary Senior Center to confirm class status. Space in the program is subject to availability. If class meets minimum registration, passes will no longer be accepted for that class. Fitness Passes do not expire and you can use them for fitness passed approved classes at the three community centers (does not include Wellness-Pass classes).
