Dress for the weather and off-trail conditions. Bring your sense of adventure! Participants are eligible to volunteer as program assistants for our younger nature programs. Leadership Development (age 11–14) Explore the qualities of being an effective leader through a series of activities and challenges. Learn kayak safety, proper stroke technique, braces, wet exiting, and rescues. The class is taught by a certified British Canoe Union instructor. Kayak rental is included in the fee.
