15 Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources NTC Academy—Power & Agility for Sports– Softball Focus (age 12–18) Strength and conditioning training paired with speed and agility work will help you to develop power and quick reaction time. Learn and practice execute proper warmup and cool down techniques to aid in injury prevention. Instruction will be modified for the participant's level of play and skills are applied to game situations. This class is excellent preparation for the Cary youth league played in June and July.
