In order to provide the best support to campers, the Town of Cary is using the ePACT Network, which securely collects contact information, emergency contacts, and participant health information electronically. This allows us to effectively communicate with you in the event of an unexpected situation. HOW? ePACT replaces paper forms, making it easier for you to share critical information with us. You can update information at any time and staff have quick access to records with ePACT's mobile app. WHEN? Once you register your child for a camp, you'll receive an email invite to share your family's information. If you have previously registered a child, you'll receive a request asking you to confirm that your information is up to date. A participant wishing to withdrawal from a camp must request to be withdrawn at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the first day of the camp. The participant will receive, either an account credit or a refund less a 15% service fee. Refund/ credit/transfer requests received less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the start date of a camp will not be granted. Non-attendance/non-participation in a camp does not entitle a patron to a refund. A credit may be used by any family member on the same registration account. Account credits are valid for one year, a Town of Cary PRCR Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of last use. REFUNDS/WITHDRAWALS PRO TIP! Pair two half day camps in Part 2 to make a full day worth's of fun! Be sure to add lunch supervision to bridge the gap between the two half day camps. Build it your way on page 3. Please register early. Early registration allows us time to plan appropriately. Often we are able to accommodate those on waiting lists by adding additional spots in the camp. Classes that do not meet their minimum enrollment are generally cancelled. You could make the difference! DON'T WAIT!
