In order for individuals with disabilities to participate as fully as possible, reasonable modifications will be provided in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please see the Specialized Recreation section on page 62 for more details. AN INCLUSIVE APPROACH A participant wishing to withdrawal from a camp that has not been canceled by the Town must request to be withdrawn at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the first day of the camp. The participant will receive, at the discretion of the participant, either an account credit or a refund less a 15% service fee. See page 78 for details. REFUNDS/WITHDRAWALS WHAT? In order to provide the best support to campers, the Town of Cary is using the ePACT Network, which securely collects contact information, emergency contacts, and participant health information electronically. This allows us to effectively communicate with you in the event of an unexpected situation. HOW? ePACT replaces paper forms, making it easier for you to share critical information with us. You can update information at any time and staff have quick access to records with ePACT's mobile app. WHEN? Once you register your child for a camp, you'll receive an email invite to share your family's information. If you have previously registered a child, you'll receive a request asking you to confirm that your information is up to date. Please send children to Cary Arts Center classes in old clothing. Though smocks are available, they do not protect sleeves and pants from media. Nontoxic glues and pastes can bind to fabric. Water- soluble paint pigments can discolor fabric. ART IS MESSY!
