REGISTRATION INFORMATION PART THREE 130 REGISTER ONLINE: classweb.townofcary.org calendar days before the scheduled start of a class, program, or league's rst game. The participant will receive, at the discretion of the participant, either a 100% account credit or a refund less a 15% service fee. If the program fee is $30 or less, a at $5 service fee per program will be applied instead of the percentage. Adult sports team registration fees are not refundable unless the league is canceled by the Town. Refund/credit/transfer requests received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the start date of a program/ class/rst game may not be granted. Nonattendance/ nonparticipation in a program does not entitle a patron to a refund. A credit may be used by any family member on the same registration account. A participant may request a withdrawal due to an unforeseen medical condition less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the class or during the course of the class and up to seven (7) calendar days after the program ends. The request must be made in writing and is subject to verication. The participant may receive a full or prorated refund or account credit based on a case-by-case review. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds for payments made by check cannot be processed for three weeks from the date payment was made for all camps. Scholarships The Town of Cary provides the opportunity for Cary residents to apply for scholarships and/or reduction of fees for Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources' programs. If you are interested in donating $1 or more to the Relief for Recreation scholarship fund, please indicate it in the total on your registration form and include it in your check. Thank you! TO APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP Dorcas Ministries screens all scholarship applicants by appointment only. Appointment hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m.Dorcas Ministriescan be reached by phone at (919) 469-9861 Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.–1 p.m. and at Cary Plaza, 179 High House Road. Don't wait! Please register early. Early registration allows us time to plan appropriately. Often we can accommodate those on waiting lists by adding additional spots in the class or adding additional classes. Classes that do not meet their minimum enrollment may be cancelled. You could make the difference! Waiver Policy A waiver, signed by the parent or guardian, must be on le for each class before the rst day of participation. A copy of the waiver is available at any Town of Cary PRCR Facility and at classweb.townofcary.org. Registrants without signed waivers will not be allowed in class. Photo & Video Policy Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department reserves the right to photograph and/or video record program participants and volunteers during programs and events for publicity purposes. c Three Easy Ways to Register 1.GO ONLINE • Go to classweb.townofcary.org. • Click on EZ-REG Web and select the Activities tab to browse courses and leagues. • Once you are ready to register, log in using your client code and account pin*.
