ART ON ACADEMY STREET
Join us for a walking tour of artwork on Academy Street every last Friday of the month
at 6:30 p.m. Your docents, local high school students, will guide you and offer insights
about the art and the artists. These tours are offered in conjunction with Final Fridays, a
Cary Art Loop signature event. Meet at the front steps of the Cary Arts Center to begin
the tour.
Academy Street Artwork Projects (ASAP) is the Town's
public art initiative designed to enhance the identity
and image of downtown Cary as a civic and cultural
destination for residents, visitors and businesses
while preserving and enlivening Cary's sense of place.
