If the program fee is $30 or less, a at $5 service fee per program will be applied instead of the percentage. REFUNDS/WITHDRAWALS Send children to art classes in old clothing. Though smocks are available, they do not protect sleeves and pants from media. Nontoxic glues and pastes can bind to fabric. Water-soluble paint pigments can discolor fabric. ART IS MESSY!
