FITNESS & WELLNESS PART TWO REGISTER ONLINE: classweb.townofcary.org 67 Tang Soo Do (Korean Martial Art) This martial arts program teaches the traditional Korean martial art and is a member of the International Tang Soo Do Federation founded by Grandmaster C.S. Kim. Classes focus on self-defense, respect, discipline, condence, tness, eye-hand coordination and more. Students can test for belts and participate in federation tournaments, seminars, and other events. Free uniform provided to new students. Trial Classes (age 6 & up) NEW STUDENTS ONLY: Attend two trial classes at the beginning of the month. Free uniform included.
