The technique integrates movements from dance, martial arts and healing arts to condition the whole body, quiet the mind, release stress and restore the spirit. Combined with purposeful breathing, visualization, and meditation begin to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. These classes will help cleanse your body of toxins, restore and increase your energy, reduce anxi- ety, improve balance, and help you to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. These movements are easy to learn and adaptable to people of all abilities and limitations. No experience neces- sary. Look for the Fitness Pass icon to see which pass classes are available. Classes are subject to availability and cancellation. Call Cary Senior Center to confirm class status. Space in the program is subject to availability. If class meets minimum registration, passes will no longer be accepted for that class. Fitness Passes do not expire and you can use them for fitness passed approved classes at the three community centers (does not include Wellness-Pass classes).
