We incorporate both strength and cardio to help you maximize your workout time. Benefits include increased strength and endurance, as well as improved heart and lung health. Tuesday's will concentrate on cardio-type exercises such as kickboxing, stepping with mild strength, and stretching. Then, on Thursday's class, we will concentrate on strength exercises. Use a variety of boxing methods including mitt work, heavy bag combinations, jump rope, bodyweight circuits, and shadow boxing to burn calories, increase muscular and core strength, and elevate your cardio endurance. There's no better stress reliever than punching a heavy bag or mitts! All fitness levels welcome. Drop-In Rates: $6(R) $8(N) ☯ $12(R) $15(N) A participant wanting to withdraw from a class, program, or league that has not been canceled by the Town must request to be withdrawn in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled start of a class, program, or league's first game. The participant will receive, at the discretion of the participant, either a 100% account credit or a refund less a 15% service fee. If the program fee is $30 or less, a at $5 service fee per program will be applied instead of the percentage. REFUNDS/WITHDRAWALS
