32 Fall 2019 Cary Senior Center Functional Fitness @MCCC This class will work on range of motion, joint and muscular flexibility. By combining resistance training, light weight lifting, chair yoga and functional movement, this class will help with everyday living. No experience necessary, wear sneakers and comfortable clothing you can move in. We will begin with three types of aerobic dance tracks, a kickboxing track, a step track, a boxing track, followed by an active recovery track, some strength, and stretching.
