Jeff takes audiences on an exciting, energy-filled ride they will always remember, bringing kids on stage for interactive demonstrations that entertain and amaze! Opera Xpress presents "The Ugly Duckling" Saturday, April 4 | 11 a.m. Cary Arts Center "The Ugly Duckling" follows the story of a young duckling as it navigates being different and discovering its place on the farm. Through trials with fellow ducklings and a big bad wolf, the Ugly Duckling uses its skill and knowledge learned from reading to help save the farm! An exciting way to introduce opera to children and their families. Bands, Bites & Boats Bond Park Boathouse plays host to live music, delicious food, and local brews! The first Friday of every month the Boathouse will be open late for evening boat rentals from 5–8 p.m. and will feature different musicians, food trucks, and breweries. Bring a lawn chair and your family and friends and enjoy a perfect evening at the lakeside amongst the beautiful scenery of Bond Park! Join Triangle Wind Ensemble for a musical tour across the globe and let us delight your ears with a selection of international tunes.
