Practice proper pitching mechanics and learn drills to increase pitch speed and power. We'll cover proper grip, spin and body rotation for changeups, and movement pitches. Do you catch? Practice solid positioning, framing, blocking, and footwork. We'll work on bunt coverage, diving for balls, throwing from the knee, fast pops, throw downs, and how to be a leader on the field.
