Often we can accommodate those on waiting lists by adding additional spots in the class or adding additional classes. Classes that do not meet their minimum enrollment may be cancelled. You could make the difference! Waiver Policy A waiver, signed by the parent or guardian, must be on file for each class before the first day of participation. A copy of the waiver is available at any Town of Cary PRCR Facility and at www.mycary.org. Registrants without signed waivers will not be allowed in class. Photo & Video Policy Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department reserves the right to photograph and/or video record program participants and volunteers during programs and events for publicity purposes. Scholarships The Town of Cary provides the opportunity for Cary residents to apply for scholarships and/or reduction of fees for Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources' programs. If you are interested in donating $1 or more to the Play It Forward scholarship fund, please indicate it in the total on your registration form and include it in your check. Thank you! Appointment hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Dorcas Ministries can be reached by phone at (919) 469-9861 Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.–1 p.m. and at Cary Plaza, 187 High House Road.
