PERFORMING ARTS PART TWO 80 REGISTER ONLINE: mycary.org Absolute Beginner Ballet (age 16 & up) Designed for brand-new dancers, this workshop teaches fundamental positions, vocabulary, and the basic principles of ballet. It's a fun way to tone and tighten your body, and work on posture. It's never too late to learn ballet. Repeat students are welcome too! Learn the slower classics like the Waltz, Foxtrot, and Tango. Each dance will have two full classes dedicated to it. Get comfortable learning to lead/follow and the proper technique for each dance.
