No formal leadership, just friends getting together and playing songs. 1st & 3rd Monday Monthly 3:45–6:30 p.m. 001176 (no meeting 1/20) FOLK MUSIC 50+ Bring your acoustic instrument and desire to meet others who love folk music! This weekly group is open to anyone with an interest in music and having a great time. Singers and audience members are welcome as well! Every Wednesday 7–8:50 p.m. 001164 FIDDLERS SLOW JAM 50+ Meet up with other fiddlers for a slow jam session. Enjoy playing fun fiddle tunes in a group setting. Meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. 2nd & 4th Monday Monthly 7:15–8:45 p.m. 001175 (no meeting 5/25) Dominoes FREE Learn the exciting and strategic game of dominoes. Join others for the fun and competition. Every Friday 1–3:30 p.m. 001423 Location: Classroom 303 Mah Jongg FREE This ancient Chinese game is both fun and challenging. If you have your own playing set, you may want to bring it. Half the room is beginner and the other is intermediate, so all levels welcome. Every Friday 10–12:30 a.m. 001424 (no meeting 4/10) Location: Classroom 303 c Drop-in Activities FREE Drop-In Activities are available to adults 55 plus to enjoy onsite while the center is open to the public. WIRELESS ACCESS Cary Senior Center offers Wi-Fi from end-to-end. Bring your laptop computer, iPhone, PDA, or other Wi-Fi enabled device and take advantage of this free service. BOARD GAMES Whether you prefer checkers to Scrabble or chess to backgammon, grab a friend or two and play one of our games. Games are stored in Classroom 303.
