6 Winter/Spring 2020 Cary Senior Center Trips Cary Brew Crew It's a hop-on, hop-off Beer-Lovers tour. Discover Cary breweries and, if you're curious, taste their products! We'll tour one site then enjoy an early dinner. Back on the bus, relax between stops as we wind our way to other breweries before returning to CSC. Light walking includes some steps and uneven surfaces. Fee includes ToC transportation departing from The Hive and from Cary Senior Center; and brewery tour. All beverages, food, and purchases on your own. After touring the interactive museum and the farm, we'll savor the University's pride, Howling Cow ® ice cream! Next stop, the State Farmer's Market to browse booths and sample farm-fresh selections. Enjoy a late lunch at the State Farmer's Market Restaurant before returning to CSC. Moderate walking over irregular outdoor terrain including gravel and grass paths. Dress for the weather. Captain Don will provide historic, scientific, and environmental perspectives on the vital role the lake plays in our region. Enjoy his well-researched presentation while relaxing on the lake.
