Players who register for this camp should be playing, or have played, school or travel softball. The six-session program will combine strength, conditioning, agility, mechanics, skills, speed and power. We will cover all aspects of the game including throwing, fielding (in and out), hitting, bunting, slapping, base running, on- field communication and winning strategies.
