GO ONLINE • Go to www.mycary.org • Login to your myCary account* using your username and password. • Click on Programs tab to search for camps using key words or the Program ID. • Select your programs and place them in your cart. • Checkout and pay with a credit card: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa. 2. DROP US A LINE Mail completed registration form (page 76) with a check payable to Town of Cary to: Program Registration Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources PO Box 8005 Cary, NC 27512-8005 3. STOP BY • Visit any Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources staffed facility • Pay with check, cash, credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) or Town of Cary PRCR Gift Card. *HOW DO I GET AN ACCOUNT? If you are new to myCary, you'll need to set up your account at www.mycary.org. Click on the "Join myCary" link and follow the instructions. IS THERE STILL SPACE AVAILABLE? You can check availability by using the Program ID listed with each camp to look up any program under the Programs tab at www.mycary.org. PROGRAM SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department continually strives to provide quality programs. We offer a satisfaction guarantee for programs in which you participate. Call (919) 469-4061 for more information. Waiver Policy A waiver, signed by the parent/guardian, must be on file for each camp before the first day of participation. A copy of the waiver is available at any Town of Cary PRCR staffed facility and at www.townofcary.org/programwaiver. Campers without signed waivers will not be allowed in camp. Schedule Changes Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources reserves the right to alter schedules, fees, and instructors as necessary. Camps are subject to cancellation when minimum enrollment has not been reached. Nonregistered Participants in the Classroom Because of space limitations and distractions, we ask that only registered participants remain in a classroom. Parents/ guardians and siblings may wait in approved waiting areas. Exceptions may be made by the facility supervisor for participants with disabilities who may need additional assistance. ADA Accommodations The Town of Cary makes every reasonable effort to ensure that facilities are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Accommodations can be made for most programs. If you have questions about a facility or need special assistance, please contact us. For your convenience, an FM Assisted Listening System is available for programs sponsored by the Parks, Recreations & Cultural Resources Department. Call (919) 462-2027 at least 24 hours in advance to reserve the system. Photo Policy Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department reserves the right to photograph program participants during camps and classes. Images may be used for publicity purposes in print and online.
