In order to provide the best support to campers, the Town of Cary is using the ePACT Network, which securely collects contact information, emergency contacts, and participant health information electronically. This allows us to effectively communicate with you in the event of an unexpected situation. HOW? ePACT replaces paper forms, making it easier for you to share critical information with us. You can update information at any time and staff have quick access to records with ePACT's mobile app. WHEN? Once you register your child for a camp, you'll receive an email invite to share your family's information. If you have previously registered a child, you'll receive a request asking you to confirm that your information is up to date. • Feb 4 for Cary residents • Feb 18 for non-residents That's when registration begins for the next session. Registration remains open until the event is full. See page 72 for complete details and additional information. MARK YOUR CALENDAR! PRO TIP! Pair two half day camps in Part 2 to make a full day's worth of fun! Be sure to add lunch supervision to bridge the gap between the two half day camps. Build it your way on page 3. SEE MORE! See page 72 for general information, policies, and lunch information for Summer Day and Teen Adventure Camps.
