The North Cary WRF, constructed in 1983 as Cary's first advanced treatment
facility, is located on Old Reedy Creek Road and serves residents and
businesses in northern Cary. The facility discharges exceptionally-treated
water to Crabtree Creek, a tributary of the Neuse River.
