WELCOME TO 2023! We are here to help with your New Year's
resolutions, whether you want to start on January 1 or ease
into them over the next few months, we have something for
everyone!
New Year/New You kicks off in January, offering exciting
opportunities to care for your mind, body, community, and
planet. Festivals abound this spring; check out our Easter
activities and Spring Daze in April, and Fest in the West
and Cary Dog Daze & Pet Expo in May. Looking for
something indoors on a rainy day? Perhaps movies or Kung Fu
demonstrations are more your thing – The Cary Theater offers
something for everyone. Finally, wonderful music is offered
in both Downtown Cary and Koka Booth Amphitheatre. If
performing rather than spectating is more your style, take a look
at all the programs offered at the Cary Arts Center.
This year, we are expanding our usual MLK Dreamfest drives
and education into African American History Month. We
have clubs for seniors, track out camps for juniors, and disc golf
courses for everyone. This guide is full of activities, festivals, and
classes, as well as information about our parks and services.
Whether you choose to go places this spring with GoCary,
celebrate 2023 as "Year of the Trail," or watch ACC tennis,
college baseball, or professional soccer, Cary encourages you to
get out and go!
