REGISTRATION INFORMATION PART THREE 176 REGISTER ONLINE: mycary.org A participant wanting to withdraw from a class, program, or league that has not been canceled by Cary must request to be withdrawn in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled start of a class, program, or league's first game. The participant will receive, at the discretion of the participant, either a 100% account credit or a refund less a 15% service fee. If the program fee is $30 or less, a flat $5 service fee per program will be applied instead of the percentage. Adult sports team registration fees are not refundable unless the league is canceled by Cary. Refund/credit/transfer requests received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the start date of a program/ class/first game may not be granted. Nonattendance/ nonparticipation in a program does not entitle a patron to a refund. A credit may be used by any family member on the same registration account. A participant may request a withdrawal due to an unforeseen medical condition less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the class or during the course of the class and up to seven (7) calendar days after the program ends. The request must be made in writing and is subject to verification. The participant may receive a full or prorated refund or account credit based on a case-by-case review. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds for payments made by check cannot be processed for three weeks from the date payment was made. SCHOOL'S OUT A participant wishing to withdraw from a camp that has not been canceled by Cary must request to be withdrawn at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the first day of the camp. The participant will receive, at the discretion of the participant, either an account credit or a refund less a 15% service fee. Scholarships Cary provides the opportunity for Cary residents to apply for scholarships and/or reduction of fees for Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources' programs. If you are interested in donating $1 or more to the Play It Forward scholarship fund, please add your donation to your shopping cart in myCary or indicate it in the total on your registration form and include it in your check. Click on the Programs tab. 3. Search for programs by keyword or Program ID. 4. Select your program(s) and select the individual from your household who will attend. 5. If you are not already logged into myCary, you will be prompted to do so, or be given the opportunity to create an account. 6. Follow the prompts to complete your registration and make your payment.
