Joanna Sokolowska found inspiration and a focus portraying the sensual and spiritual side of humans. Mary Wassil: N.C. Beaches & Mountains Town Hall Gallery April 26–July 14 Medium: Oil Paintings Mary Wassil is heavily inspired by the impressionist movement in her abstract landscape painting. She uses a palette knife to apply thick, vibrant colors, giving her work boldness and texture.
