Isabell Chang: Animals Herbert C. Young Community Center September 20–October 19 Medium: Oil on Canvas Through the rich strokes of oil as well as the feathery blends of watercolor, this artist hopes to capture the emotions of the world around her through painting and depicting various subjects.
