Cary's utility customers play an active role in keeping the wastewater system running smoothly and efficiently. During the last
fiscal year, July 2022 – June 2023, 789 cases related to wastewater were reported to Cary 311. These cases not only show
the effectiveness of the 311 system, but provide important data to staff who are tasked with maintaining the wastewater utility.
