GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR DENTAL INSURANCE To get the most from your dental coverage, we encourage you to use the Delta Dental Toolkit to help you navigate your dental benefits. There is a difference in cost for the PPO Dentist, Premier Dentist and Nonparticipating Dentist. Visit the PPO vs. Premier Comparison Chart for a better understanding. You will also want to review the following: • Preventive care is covered at 100%: Preventive care, such as exams, cleanings, x-rays, and periodontal services are FREE and do not count toward your $2,000 plan year benefit maximum. • Consider visiting an in-network delta dental provider: There are many benefits to using an in-network Delta Dental provider, especially since you can save money. It may be more advantageous for you to visit a PPO provider instead of a Premier.
