Navigating medical insurance and maximizing the benefits can be difficult. Here are
tools and resources to help you.
• Blue Connect – If you are looking for a local provider, you can easily find one online
• Blue Distinction Centers – Blue Distinction Centers offer specialty care for complex
conditions. Use the 'Find a Provider' tool for estimated costs.
• Care Management – Livongo is a FREE benefit to support you with your diabetes, pre-
diabetes, high blood pressure and other health goals through technology and coaching.

• Case Management - During times of unexpected medical expenses,
BCBSNC offers Case Management to help you navigate the health care system. Call
1-800-218-5295 press #, then dial ext. 55547.
• Diabetic Supplies – View the list of BCBSNC Diabetic Supplies Covered; many are free.
• Durable Medical Equipment (DME) – You can get DME and supplies ordered by a health
care provider for everyday or extended use through Edgepark. A dedicated case manager
can be contacted at 844-564-1007 or cmsupport@edgepark.com. For additional DME
providers, check out this list of providers within a 25 mile radius of Town Hall.
• Hinge Health - Enroll in this FREE exercise therapy program online and receive a
personalized program, dedicated physical therapist or coach, and convenient exercise
sessions, which you can access using the Hinge Health mobile app.
• Maternity Program – The MyPregnancy Program supports expecting mothers. Those who
complete the program and submit required documentation are eligible for a $250
reimbursement.
• NurseLine – Call the BCBS NurseLine available 24/7 at 1-877-477-2424
• Preventive Care Guide – View the Preventive Care Guidelines to ensure you're receiving
the preventive care services you need!
• Telehealth - Access high-quality virtual care for a variety of conditions, including physical
and behavioral health challenges. Cost depends on which Cary medical plan you select.
• Tobacco Cessation Programs – Tobacco cessation programs are FREE. If you are charged
for a program, you are eligible for reimbursement through Cary's Health Reimbursement
Arrangement program.
• Women's Health - Access free exercise therapy to support pelvic, pregnancy, and
postpartum pain or challenges through Hinge Health.
• Blue365 – Discounts, including apparel and footwear, fitness, hearing and vision,
nutrition, personal care, and travel, are available to BCBS members and dependents with
no cost to join.
