Lazy Daze is committed to sustainability. This year, all food vendors are using compostable serviceware - including cups, trays, and cutlery. Here's how you can support all the low-waste initiatives at the festival: KNOW BEFORE YOU THROW! Check the signs on bins to ensure you're disposing of items correctly. • Compost Bins: For food scraps and compostable serviceware. • Recycling Bins: For plastic bottles and aluminum cans. • Trash Bins: For items that can't be composted or recycled. ASK IF UNSURE Our waste station volunteers are available to answer your questions. USE A WATER REFILL STATION Bring your reusable bottle to a free refill station in Herb Young Community Center or Page-Walker Arts & History Center. BRING OR BUY A REUSABLE BAG Check out the options to buy a reusable bag, including the new Lazy Daze banner bags! Together, with your efforts and the support of our vendors, we can significantly reduce waste and create more sustainable festivals!
