Instructor: Lena Hollmann Maintaining good balance is the foundation for an active lifestyle, and it reduces the risk of falling. Having strong leg and core muscles will assist us in staying balanced, and in regaining balance should we start to fall. In this class we will focus on strengthening the muscles in the legs, core and upper body, by working with dumbbells, resistance bands, and a small ball. Specific balance exercises will also be included.
