During the week participants will learn a tune or two for the culminating performance. Knowledge of guitar tablature is helpful, but not necessary. 75648 Mon-Fri Jun 23-27 9 a.m.-noon T1 Beginner Bluegrass Mandolin Learn all the basics: how to hold your mandolin, tune it, hold the pick, pick direction, how to practice, play solos, chords, double stops, bluegrass repertoire, left and right hand tech- nique and coordination, how to listen and what to listen for, and play with others. Knowledge of mandolin tablature is helpful, but not required. 75649 Mon-Fri Jun 23-27 9 a.m.-noon T1 Beginner Bluegrass Fiddle No experience required or for those who play but are not yet comfortable with the basics of tuning, bowing and finding notes on a fingerboard this class is for you!
