Self-defense, basics, internation- al standards, and physical fitness are emphasized in this course. Although a regulation uniform is not required for this particular course, uniforms and sparring gear from other schools are not per- mitted. TaeKwon-Do The TaeKwon-Do Program held at the Cary Senior Center is an internationally recognized charter school. Training and protocol are traditional. Instructors are certified by the International TaeKwon-Do Federation.
