Fitness & Wellness All Fitness & Wellness programs take place in the exercise room unless otherwise stated. Table Tennis Open Play FREE Free, friendly competition for all. New players always welcome to join in the fun and fellowship of the game. 75885 Every Fri 2:30-5 p.m. (no meeting 6/20 & 7/4) Social Pickleball Open Gym Have you hung up your tennis racquet? Come out of tennis retirement and play pickleball. Pickleball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Senior Pick- leball Pass is required. No weekday daytime play in the summer. Location: Bond Park Community Center Every Fri 6:30-9:30 p.m. Every Sat 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Social Badminton Open Gym Improve mobility, stamina, concentration and strength while playing Badminton. Badminton is an adaptive game that can be accommodating for players of all skills and age levels. Please bring your own equipment. Senior Badminton Pass is re - quired. No weekday daytime play in the summer. If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the fitness pass may be just the ticket for you! You now have the option to try a variety of fitness programs at the Cary Senior Center with one pass! Look for the fitness pass icon to see which fitness classes are available. Classes are subject to availability and cancel- lation. Call the Cary Senior Center to confirm class status. Space in the program is subject to availability. There is no expiration on fit- ness passes! Fitness pass holders may now use their pass for Fitness Pass classes at the three community centers (does not include Wellness Pass classes).
