If you are interested in donating some of your time to help the Cary Senior Center then register for this program. By registering you will be added to a vol- unteer call list for the 2014 Summer season. When different volunteer opportunities arise we then con- tact those on the list for help. Remember this list only lasts for one season so make sure you register each brochure if you want to remain on the call list. 75976 Summer Volunteer Call List New Volunteer Orientation This meeting is for those who have never volun- teered for the center. During this time you will learn what volunteer opportunities take place here and how the call list works. 75975 Tue Jun 3 9:30-10:30 a.m. Volunteer Sewing Group Volunteers sew, knit and crochet a variety of dolls, quilts, and other goodies to be donated to local hospitals and care centers! More volunteers are al- ways welcome, please join us in giving. Donations of clean acrylic yarns, cotton cloth and other items are needed. Location: Ballroom 75978 Every Mon 9-11:30 a.m. Warm Up America Grab your knitting needles, scrap yarn and warm heart! Help knit and crochet warm blankets that will be donated to a variety of charities in the area. Your self-expression provides warmth and hope for so many. Some yarn will be provided; donations ac - cepted. Take place the Third Thursdays from 1-4pm.
