Chatham St., has been home to a clothing store, auto parts shop and recording studio since e Cary theater closed in the late 1950s. e theatre once hosted live performances as well as films. Once complete, the facility will be used as a flexible performance space. It will serve as additional theatre space and a specialty movie venue, including showing the Cary Youth Video project. It may also be used to showcase music performances, present stand-up comedy, and more!
