Instruction will include proper footwork, how to track trajectory, how to play the fence, approach on grounders, communication, and reducing get-and-go time. Throwing tech- nique will also be covered to teach players how to increase the strength and distance of throws from the outfield. The clinic will include tee work as well as hitting off of live pitch- ing. Players will also learn how to reduce time out of the batters box as a result of proper footwork. Instructors will teach participants how to respond to many of the situational elements of the game and walk through proper execution. The camp will culminate with a walk-through scrimmage with live pitching and base running.
