Hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows and fine art provide an elegant, intimate and charming setting. The Page-Walker's beautifully landscaped garden area is a popular site for wedding ceremonies. The Page-Walker was built in 1868 as a railroad ho - tel by Town of Cary Founder, Allison Francis Page, and is listed on the National Register for Historic Places. A complete restoration in the 1990s converted the building into an arts and history cen- ter for the citizens of Cary.
