Join Chef Wynton and learn about the different types of chocolate, how they taste, look and are used. Each student will make a choco- late lava cake, be enchanted with a decadent chocolate mousse and much more. 78907 Thu Oct 2 4:30-6 p.m. Hello Little Sushi Come and learn the art of making futomaki (large rolls), hosomaki (small rolls), uramaki (inside-out rolls) and temaki, hand rolls. We'll show you how to make the omelets, the rice, dashi and all the other tricks to have your own sushi party at home. We'll also show you the art of tempura. 78910 Thu Nov 20 4:30-6 p.m. Ragu Made Right This class will focus on the basics of making the perfect meat sauce to accompany your favorite pasta from scratch. Teens will also make homemade garlic knots and more. 78928 Thu Dec 4 4:30-6 p.m. Gourmet Cooking (age 11-17) This class is for serious gourmands who are beyond cooking kiddie foods! Take advantage of flavorful fresh ingredients while you prepare: pomegranate glazed chicken; herb roasted pota- toes; maple glazed roasted carrots; creamy butternut squash bisque; sweet pumpkin fritters; mixed green salad with shaved parmesan and a champagne vinaigrette; and finish with madeleine cookies.
