Free! National Public Lands Day (age 6 & up with a parent) Lend a hand at the Nature Preserve with trail improvements to help celebrate National Public Lands Day. 78688 Sat Sep 27 9:30 a.m.-noon Trail Maintenance (age 16 & up) Assist staff with trail mulching and other improvement projects. 78687 Sun Oct 19 2-4 p.m. 78689 Sun Nov 16 2-4 p.m. 78716 Sun Dec 7 2-4 p.m. All nature education programs take place at the Stevens Nature Center at Hemlock Bluffs Nature Preserve unless otherwise noted. Volunteers Rock! DON'T WAIT! Please register early. Early registration allows us time to plan appropriately. Often times we are able to accom- modate those on waiting lists by adding additional spots in the class or adding additional classes. Classes that do not meet their minimum enrollment are generally cancelled, you could make the difference.
