Cary Senior Center Mission The Cary Senior Center is supervised by the Senior Pro- gram Staff of the Town of Cary's Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department. The Cary Senior Center strives to provide quality leisure activi- ties and educational services to all adults ages 55 and older. These activities are designed to assist, inform, entertain and enrich the lives of Cary's citizens. The Cary Senior Center also facilitates the needs of area senior adult clubs. It is our goal to enhance the lives of Cary's senior citizens through our offerings. On the Cover Whether we are site seeing, catching a Broadway musical, or going on a tour, the Cary Senior Center's monthly trips are a wonderful way to travel around North Carolina. September–December 2014 (919) 469-4081 Cary Senior Center Cary Senior Center Closed The Town of Cary and the Cary Senior Center will be closed on the following holidays: • Saturday-Monday, August 30-September 1 (Labor Day) • Tuesday, November 11 (Veteran's Day) • Thursday-Sunday, November 27-30 (Thanksgiving) • Wednesday-Sunday, December 24-28 (Christmas) • Thursday, January 1 (New Year's Day) We typically close at 5 p.m. the evening prior to each holiday. in the spotlight Bethany is a certified Life Coach with a focus in helping make retirement years rewarding and energizing. She can help you open doors to new dreams, goals, perspectives and activities. She also provides "coping tools" to help you deal with daily challenges and enhance your enjoyment of life.
