Location: Conference Room 77735 Wed Sep 3 9:30-10:30 a.m. Healthy Hikers Meet up with other hiking enthusiast and enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer. Limited sets of hiking poles are available to borrow on a first come first serve basis for scheduled day hikes. This group will meet in the parking lot and drive together. Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate shoes. Location maps can be found at the front desk. Jordan Lake Recreation Area 77736 Wed Sep 10 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Occoneechee Mountain State Natural Area 77737 Wed Oct 1 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Falls Lake Recreation Area 77738 Wed Nov 5 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Drop-In Line Dance Join us for line dancing every Monday night from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Herbert C. Young Community Center and every Tuesday night from 6:45-8:15 p.m. at the Bond Park Community Center. Monday nights are structured just for Beginners. Tuesday nights are a combination of Beginner and Intermediate line dances. If you think you want to give it a try, the door will be open just come on by. We stomp our feet and tap our toes. What else we'll do, nobody knows. But we have fun each time we meet! So come on by and shuffle your feet. Instruction is provided so no experience is necessary. Partners are welcome but not required. Time subject to change, please call Herb Young at (919) 460-4965 or Bond Park at (919) 462-3970 to confirm. Fee is $5 for Cary residents and $6 for nonresidents. Herb Young will not have line dance on Sep 1. Bond Park will not have line dance on Nov 11. Don't forget your exercise equipment! Proper shoes and clothing attire is required for all fitness classes. It is always a good idea to bring a water bottle and a towel. Additional equipment may be necessary for a class so please have that equipment ready to use on the first day. This information will be noted on the receipt when registering. Your concern is our concern. Write down your suggestions and submit them using our comment box in the lobby!
